    What is Chess?

    Chess is a classic strategy game on an 8×8 grid. The game has 16 pieces: king, queen, rooks, knights, bishops, pawns, and rooks. A Chess player’s goal is to checkmate his opponent’s king by placing it in a position where it can’t move. Chess is a complex and strategic game because pieces move according to rules.
