What is Tic Tac Toe?

On a 3-x-3 grid, Tic-Tac-Toe is played by two players. Players each mark a space with their symbol (usually “X” or “O”). The goal is to line up three of your symbols horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. If neither player achieves this, the game ends in a tie.
