Spin-Offs GT Games
Now, here’s the spin-off GT games:
1. Gran Turismo HD Concept (2006)
Released Date: December 24, 2006
The Gran Turismo HD Concept provided a glimpse into the future of the series, with its high-definition graphics and advanced physics engine, in addition to demonstrating the capabilities of the PS3. Although not a full game, GT HD Concept showcased the capabilities of the PlayStation 3.
It is fair to say that this HD Concept had a very significant role in demonstrating the potential of next-generation hardware, underscoring the series’ commitment to innovation and technological advancements.
2. Gran Turismo 5 Prologue (2007)
Released Date: December 13, 2007
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue showcased the upcoming GT 5, offering players a taste of the game’s content and features. With a selection of cars and tracks, it also offered players the chance to experience the game’s improved graphics and physics.
As a prequel to a major release, GT 5 Prologue demonstrated the series’ strategy for building anticipation.
3. Gran Turismo PSP (2009)
Released Date: October 01, 2009
